Fixed annuity contracts are offered by Kindur Insurance Services LLC and are issued by American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company. “Guaranteed income” refers to income paid by a fixed annuity contract that may be sold to a client as a component of Kindur’s retirement platform. Taxable distributions (and certain deemed distributions) are subject to ordinary income tax, and if made prior to age 59 1/2 also may be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Early surrender charges also apply to the fixed annuity.
